Hey, another question for y’all. How should I reach out to a recruiter who offered me a full time position but I rejected for a better offer? At the time I was offered the position my main concern was lack of guidance/support from leadership. Now, a year later I have experience being in a role with limited over site (not as scary as I initially thought it would be) and feel confident I would excel in the role I rejected. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.
