So I had my Senior Partner interview scheduled for today and It went like
For every question he asked me and I give my answer he’s like - “Nice, very good and awesome”.
I didn’t hear anything else in the entire convo and 45 min discussion was concluded in 30 mins.
I’m not able to understand what does it mean was interview good or bad?
I’m so worried now.
I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

It's not weird at all. But it will come off as a spam message if not done right. Here are some tips:
- Do your research on who to reach out to. I clearly state in my LI profile that I recruit for data science. But people from unrelated disciplines reach out all the time. I'm already swamped, most of my team had been laid off, I don't have time to find the recruiter you need to speak to in another part of the business.
- Apply to a role first then reach out. It's not the recruiter's job to take random resumes and figure out what role you should apply to. Get on the company's career page, find a role that interests you and apply.
- Send a message: you've found the right person to message, you've applied to a role, now craft a message. Tell me you applied, which role you applied to, why you want to work at my company, and what skills/experience/accomplishments make you a great fit for the role.
Hope this helps!
How did you find their email address? Might seem weird if you weren't introduced first and somehow found their email address online? Unless they have it publicly posted somewhere in connection with their work - then sort of to be expected. But I would second passing along a LinkedIn invite first.
No its not weird at all. It happens more often than you know. I would just be straightforward, introduce yourself, and then go from there. You will be fine.
You should connect with them on LinkedIn first. This way they would be able to see your profile and them from there you can send your resume and inquire about job postings.
