I have got 2 offers..one from eclerx and one from FIS..I have not told FIS about it..since I recently got the offer from eclerx.. eclerx is giving 50 percent hike whereas FIS is giving not more that 30 percent..they are rigid on it..I want to work in FIS since the work, product and hybrid model is better in FIS. If I tell FIS about the counter offer and expect them to matchup with eclerx will they revoke the offer ( FIS have already given me the offer letter... My last drawn salary is 6 lpa..
