I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).

As I got to the interview room there was a large executive chair facing away from me. The chair turned and on top was a mirror. When looking in the mirror I could see the cat. I am the cat. Does anyone else feel that the more content someone puts in their LinkedIn headline, the more full of it they are? I say this as someone with a bunch of stuff lol but at least it’s all at one company and accurate.

I’m talking mostly about two kinds of people. 1. The influencer who is actually unemployed, but lists 25 BS things they do
2. The brand collector, who writes “ex-“ for every former company they worked at and school they went to. Maybe less full of it but still insufferable.

Is it just me or do 90% of the jobs being laid off by big tech sound made up? Many job descriptions with multiple bullet points that all kinda revolve around the same idea. One of my buddies works for a big IT company and literally just sits on meetings all day. No one really contributing to anything other than agreeing to whatever the speaker is saying. Are these kind of jobs finally being exposed? Six figure employees getting paid to sit and bounce ideas off each other?
