Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. What are good exit opportunities that exist for someone who has worked 1 yr as an analyst at a boutique firm?

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
