I have had a couple of recruiters reach out about a T2/3 industry practice lead role focused on a combination of business and technology consulting. I am probably chatting with them next week. What is a reasonable order of magnitude of compensation (base, bonus, equity)? I have about 30 years of total work experience and have been a partner for about four (spend most of my career in said industry). Thanks.

India offer is 10% more as compared to Poland one in terms of CTC, India offer has handsome joining bonus and stocks as well
