I have joined CTS on 18th nov 2025. Till now I have received two projects calls. Both client interviews I'm unable to clear. By default when I'm joining I got tagged to jpmc project. Now what will happen to me? Any limit for no of project interview I can attend? When I will get termination mail if I didn't get any project?

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10.
