You see from the comment above it’s cut throat and you have to always go above and beyond even to just get by. Doing a good job and working hard isn’t enough. This will be lead to stress, anxiety and eventually burn out. Some people love it, but some people don’t. You have to know what type of person you are the understand the realities of working for a company like Accenture. Good luck

Step 1 find decent people lead
Step 2 Ask them the question you asked us, they should hopefully know more about your specific area and how success is measured there.
Get on a role and be chargeable. Fully integrate with client and look to do additional pieces of work that gets you more visibility/recognition after you understand how the business works. If you can propose projects and work with leadership to bring that revenue to ACN you will be highly regarded.
At the end of the day, time at level plays a big factor in progression as well so my advice is to stay within the top candidates at your level in your business group and really step on the accelerator leading up to a talent discussion round (mid year is where the budgets are higher).
