Hi fishes, how much do established startups pay for CEO office strategy role? (for someone with 3 years of tier 1 consulting experience)

Please suggest me to decide the company:

11 years in automation.
1. EPAM Anywhere - giving 25.2LPA (Fixed) and 80k joining bonus - as Sr Test Engineer.
2. HCL - giving 28.8 fixed and 3.2 as variable - as Test Manager

I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? What were the likelihoods that they would have raised my salary? I had no other competing offers at the time

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.

Question from a recent UX Bootcamp grad: I currently have a single case study in my portfolio. Upon reading somewhere that 2 case studies are required to be considered by recruiters, I stopped applying to jobs for about 2 months as I work on a second case study when I can.
