I have Mtech + 6 yoe, applied for MTS role at AMD.
Interviews went very well and smooth, HR mentioned that although MTS criteria is Mtech + 7 yoe but since my technical feedback was very strong they are pushing for MTS and getting approvals which is taking time.

Could it be true or they are just buying time to look for more experienced candidate?

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
