I have my last round (l3) next week. This is for the role of (Lead data analytics officer). Can someone tell me which band it falls under (ex P2/3/4 etc) plus what could be the approx pay grade that I can negotiate for? My total experience is ~10 yrs.

How necessary is an extracurricular for MBA apps? I work a ton of hours and don’t have a lot of time or interest in any activity that I could reasonably put on an app. I spend the little free time I have on activities I enjoy (spending time with SO and friends, working out, Netflix, etc). Would it be really bad if I had nothing in that section on my app beyond college extracurriculars? Or should I force some activity? I have enough time before I apply to make it look legit to adcoms.
