Changed jobs with a decent raise in salary 2 months ago. Tbh I would have left even with no salary raise since I used to have crazy work hours and messed up work culture and now its pretty chill comparatively at my current job work wise till now.
I have lost all motivation already to work at my current job because my previous job has drained me out mentally. I feel like I have been just taking advantage and being paid for doing minimal work. And it scares me.

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. I need some encouragement. I’m selective in jobs I’m applying to and feel like I’ve hit a wall. How much prep and searching do you do each week? What do you do to prep for interviews? I know I should rewrite resume, update stories, cases, but feeling stuck and stories are the same. Do you case every week? I also am a new parent so finding time and motivation is tough but I want out of this job.

I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
