Have a 4 round loop interview for Sr. Product Manager at Amazon coming up through the MBA pathways program soon.
If I land it the trajectory of my life and that of my family changes but I'm starting to feel the pressure. I haven't had a lot of traction for job searching since I graduated in December so this is the best lead I have and I'm getting scared now.

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?
Does anybody have experience working at Onfido?
Question for AWS folks or anyone in general.. when you got the preliminary email with the different questions, and they asked about TC, what did y’all say?
I’m going for a Sales & Strategy Operations analyst, and I’m not sure what to put/ask for up front, especially with equity.
I have 2 YOE and a Masters of Science in Analytics.
I appreciate the help!!!

Ask what their goals are, what they would like to see done differently, and what you need to do to reach your own goals (a better rating, a promotion, etc).
What are your personal goals? I would just say ask for what you want, but have good answers to back up why you deserve it.
Well typically during a mid year review it's the manager thant's doing the majority of the talking. They'll give you feedback on projects you have completed and maybe comment on some improvements, but everything mentioned in the review shouldn't come as a surprise.
This is the time to clarify any company procedures that are unclear to you and also address any issues that you are having. This is also a great opportunity to communicate with your manager what you need from them in order to work more efficiently and productively.
There shouldn't be a topic in the conversation that you don't know about. Say if there was an issue with a project or maybe work efficiency. The things discussed at the the mid year review like stated above shouldn't come as a surprise. In terms of what to ask for I would mention what you personally need from your team and manager to get the job done effectively. I wouldn't ask for a raise just quite yet, in case if that's what you were insiuating.
