I have received an offer from TCS recently and I have initiated BGC.....
In my previous employment I had an overlap between 2 companies exit and entry.

While submitting BGC I have not mentioned about one of the company....
But now HR came back and said like dropping my candidature because of not disclosing another company.

So this job search thing is a lot harder than I thought. You either never hear back, or just get pre-written denial emails. What does it take to get on a call to defend your case?!

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?
