I have successfully cleared the interview process at HCL Technologies. However, the HR representative has informed me that I will not receive the offer letter until I formally resign from my current organization. In the meantime, they are willing to provide only a Letter of Intent (LOI).

I am uncertain about proceeding with the resignation without a formal offer letter. Could you please advise on the best course of action in this situation?

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
