It seems like there would be a lot of complications to work out. I assume your housing is included as you'd be living on the ship, but I'm wondering if they deduct money for rent. The same with food, you'd need to factor in how that works. I'm also wondering if you'd live on a ship full-time or still need an apartment in port. It could be a fun adventure, but you have to wonder if it's really worth doing.
I don't have cruise experience, I'm just here to say that it sounds like a really cool opportunity! At least worth trying!

If you can do it, go for it. When will you ever get a chance like this again?

I’ve heard cruise work is exciting but intense, great travel and people, long hours, and living where you work. Pay can be okay with commissions, but being away for months is the hardest part. Really depends if the experience is worth more than the money.
