i have total 6+ years of exp, 3 years as desktop support engineer and 3 years as senior Analyst, i kept 3 years senior analyst role as Devops relevent exp but not getting calls. Can i make the total 6 years as devops exp? but if they ask your designation is desktop support how relevant is, How to answer this question?

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

I am interviewing for an in-house role that I am really excited about, but they require 5 days in office. I have young kids, and these last few years of remote work and flexibility have really been crucial in helping manage it all. Has anyone else made this transition back to full time in office and do you regret it?
