Current I am working in Oracle my CTC is 14.5 LPA fixed +1.35 variable.

My YOE is 4.8 .

Will oracle match my offer?
And is it good to switch at this level hike ?@

Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.
