There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

Just restarted stimulants and already I'm dealing with twitches again. Does anyone else get these? No type of pain or anything just every once and a while my body will twitch strongly. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks.
