I have two offers with 3 years of experience: Barclays with 32 LPA (fixed) and citi with 37 LPA (fixed). Both the roles are in model development with statistical modelling. Which one should I join?

2021 Recruitment: What are the recruitment expectations for your firms this year? Is it going to be similar to last year with little to no recruiting in the UAE and some in KSA, or you reckon will be generally better?

Is this new job DOA? I’ve been in my new role 6 weeks after interviewing extensively and getting 5 offers and thinking back on those offers I turned down. I picked this company bc I liked their product and the manager, but I’m already feeling 1. REALLY silo-ed . I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.
