I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

Got contacted by a McKinsey recruiter for experienced hire interview (position I applied for) and she connected me directly to the partner due to my domain expertise. Partner liked my expertise and gave thumbs up. What would be the next step? Do I need to go through other interviews (exp/case interviews) still or does this mean process is being expedited since my area of expertise is in demand?

Made mistakes (drafting errors and tardiness to a call) that feel irredeemable… although no one has scolded me yet. I got an offer from X company with a 45% hike and my current company manager matched that offer instantly. Now company X offered me another 45% hike which is a total of 90%hike. I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
