Y do you feel stuck? Take action, il leaving Pdubs after 4 years cuz I couldn’t take it anymore and moving to a fintech firm. If they just started, big shit man/woman, go find a company -interview- get an offer- transfer H1 and then quit! WORST case they will ask you to pay back 1200-1500 $ (maybe little more). Also if you were born in India your GC wait time is in the double digits, so I’m guessing you mean i140?
Here’s my take on it. Stick out it, get your GC and the you will be free. Went through a similar situation. Send burner if want to discuss.
M1 my plan was to wait and at least get the GC hopefully in 2 years, but now I’m not sure how much longer I can endure doing work I absolutely don’t like. I’m NOT Indian, so the double digits wait time shouldn’t apply to me. I hear it’s about 2 years for my nationality. Was hoping to wait but I’m just over it now
Well in that case... just move , clearly this job is not working for you. Your future self will thank you for it
