I have years of guest facing experience. I'm struggling to find a job that isn't $18/hr but $23/hr minimum (I live in an expensive area). No degree, just some college. Even so, I've known a coworker who's had a master's degree and struggled to climb at all to their respective careers. With this, I am asking if anyone has any tips on where to find front desk associate positions that will pay enough, how to stand out in the application process, and if I should stick with this at all. My résumé and portfolio are great, and I’ve been asked to interview with Amazon for 4 different teams now. However, it seems like I’m not making it past the first 1:1 interview. 3 out of 4 have resulted in not the right fit for reasons unknown; they don’t provide any feedback either. I have been invited for a new interview today with another team, and I am hoping 4th time is the charm. Any tips on how to do better next time?

FORM50 fitness? Anyone familiar with them? Looks kind of like power Pilates. They only have a New York (Astoria) studio and a Miami studio. Seems like most of the classes are mostly women, and hot pink themes all around. 🏳️‍⚧️🙋🏻‍♀️ and on hrt for about 18 months, so not presenting full time yet. Whether I present female or male, it’s not an environment I’m likely to pass super well in so wondering about how lgbt welcoming it will be. Also if the workout is as lit as people seem to represent.
