FORM50 fitness? Anyone familiar with them? Looks kind of like power Pilates. They only have a New York (Astoria) studio and a Miami studio. Seems like most of the classes are mostly women, and hot pink themes all around. 🏳️‍⚧️🙋🏻‍♀️ and on hrt for about 18 months, so not presenting full time yet. Whether I present female or male, it’s not an environment I’m likely to pass super well in so wondering about how lgbt welcoming it will be. Also if the workout is as lit as people seem to represent.

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. Hi all, I’ve been taking 15mg XR in the morning and 15mg IR as needed in the afternoon for about 2 years now and it’s helped a lot, however, when I take time off I just feel so lethargic. I’ve read about people taking Wellbutrin as well. Anyone have experiences with this? I meditate and exercise as well, but I just lack energy and almost feel like the same things don’t make me happy when I’m not on my medication.

With this crazy sickness going around what medication is everyone taking? It’s been a month since the cold and cough entered my house and it’s still here.

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. Anyone dealt with this have any recommendations? TIA
