I haven't worked for a single company where I get to see women in the director level. Are any of you directors? What compromises/effort/sacrifices did it take for you to get to that level? It would make me super happy to know they exist somewhere out there. I am aiming for it but it feels like a far-fetched dream.

For Series C companies, more normal to get more base or more RSUs? Assume equity is the more attractive form of comp if you believe in the company and vice versa.
