I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.
I feel like what am I doing here….? Any suggestions please.

I think I'm really bad at communication, storytelling, active listening etc. I'm good at 1-1 relationships, but really bad in 1-many scenarios. I just sound stupid often. We decided to do a photo session before the wedding for the two of us and family. The photographer and the location were amazing but the makeup was terrible, and because I was low on time, I couldn't fix it before the photos. The makeup artist make me look yellow! I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

Also about LTA , Can i opt out of it and get it as taxable amount?
