I interviewed for an at BNY and completed my managerial round about 3–4 weeks ago. My application status currently shows “Under Consideration.”
I also received a request to update details in the portal after the interview, which I completed, but I haven’t had an HR call yet.
Is this timeline normal at BNY? How long does it usually take between the managerial round and HR/offer decision?

It’s a matter completely unrelated to my company and I have malpractice insurance through the nonprofit organization associated with the case. No one has asked me specifically about pro bono stuff at my company - if I know there’s no conflict of interest, is this something I should disclose? To whom should I disclose this?

I was laid off last week

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY)..
