I started full time at an agency mid pandemic so have never once worked in the office. I find myself working 50+ hour weeks even from home. Everyone who says "I can't wait to be back at the office" - are they really serious? To tack on commute time and public transit anxiety, wake up at the crack of dawn. Will working from the office somehow decrease the work load and increase productivity? Genuinely curious who wants to go back and why.

Hi.. I have received an offer from a consultancy stating for 3 months i will be on their payrol as infosys as client and after 3 months i will be moved to Infosys payrol with permanent wfh. All are saying EY Pune Kalyani Office is very small and like only 140 capacity. Mostly everyone is getting Kalyani Nagar in Offer, there are already 170+ people in this group hopefully they will give wfh or open New office

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire .
