Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?
I have another offer from CTS 23 fixed + 1.5 variable

I am working in EY LLP as consultant 1 and joined in June 2021 I got an offer in Dubai protiviti should I wait to get bonus and then leave or should I leave and how much bonus can I expect .
