How would you reply to recruiters who ask you what other positions are you interested in when you are interviewing with them? Do you only state you're interested in the position you applied for, do you show interest in exploring other opportunities, do you let the recruiter know whatever role they believe you would fit best? I answered the Manual Testing questions correctly and automation questions fairly. I got a rejection mail from HR as below , Is this the common template for everyone or should I hope for future roles after several months .I am already in notice period and feeling low.

What would be the range for grade 9 employee at CISCO in india. Yoe 5, salesforce developer. I currently have an offer at 28.25lpa. I had a call today with the recruiter and he was saying that the offer would be like between 30-33 lpa fixed plus stocks, variable and joining bonus. Can anyone comment how good are the hike in CiSCO and if I should try to negotiate before I receive an offer?
