I joined Accenture 4 months back.
I was allocated to 1 project as loaned resource.
The project was very toxic and I have suffered so much in the project.
So I have asked for release from the project.
Then the operational lead of the project gave the negative feedback about me to my DU lead and he called me and told to ensure not to get negative feedback in any other project.
Finally I got released.

Why are these people behaving like this, just because I have asked release
