Yesterday my people lead told that there is no variable pay for me as my previous people lead put negative remarks on portal. Here in the screenshot as you can see yearly bonus on November is zero. But there is a monthly bonus amount. What is that monthly bonus and when shall I get it?

Has anyone left PA for a hybrid accounting/finance role? It definitely sounds interesting to me, but I want to avoid ending up in a role performing 2 roles for the salary of 1! Also, I’m trying to find a bit more of a work life balance, and some of these hybrid roles seem like they will be just as crazy.

However, I received an email from the offboarding team today stating that my Final Settlement is on on hold due to security concerns (DLP: data leakage). How is this going to play out? Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
