I joined Accenture in Oct 2025. My PL informed me in Nov that I wasn't eligible for a bonus, which was expected. He asked for my highlights on 3 Mar 2026, but his LWD was 8 Apr 2026.

Since then, an Accenture Leadership member has been tagged as my PL in Workday and the Rewards Portal, but I've never interacted with him. With it now being June and compensation discussions underway, I'm unsure who is representing me or where I stand in the process. Any guidance would be appreciated.

My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

Figured the ex consultants would be a good place to ask - did anyone save down files before they left their firm?

Most staff/sr assoc would make 80% of salary for the next 4 months if fired & yet firms are considering pay cuts.
