Guys - What is L3 senior manager in tech consulting and how does it compare to Sr manager in other big 4? The job levels are confusing

I am a 22 year old undergrad. I plan to take an extra semester or two to achieve the BioTech certification at my uni. I currently study Neuroscience with a concentration in biochemistry. For those that work at biotech co, pharma co, as lab techs, research, even chemist teachers and profs: What can I do to make myself more competitive for these types of professions? (it can be specific to your career experience) I enjoy learning about medicinal biochemistry and chem in general, if that helps

What do you expect from a junior strategist versus a strategist? How long do you expect a college graduate to be a junior strategist?

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

Thoughts on getting CFP when done with CPA (1 test left) and pivoting from audit to personal financial planning? Estates, taxes, savings, etc. Or should I just stick the OG plan and go into industry FP&A when I make senior/CPA?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!
