I joined Bosch expecting a supportive work environment but was deeply disappointed by my experience in the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) team. The management here is a nightmare. The Group Manager (GR-M) is unpredictable, with mood swings that create constant tension. He pretends to be friendly but is manipulative and untrustworthy.

When I tried to transfer to another department to escape this toxic environment, GR-M blocked it with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
