Oh It’s so good!
It kinda of tasted like a melted brownie.
I got you.
1 1/2 cup of milk of choice whole milk is preferred but I used almond milk.
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream I used a dairy, free, whipping cream as well.
2 tsp of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp espresso or cocoa powder. I used Hershey cocoa powder (this step is optional)
Whipping cream is optional but I used Cabot whipping cream it is dairy but its so good!
And a chocolate bar are used I use Cadbury dark chocolate bar. But you can use any chocolate bar that you want to use that doesn’t have nuts in it.
So you mix the milk for heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar and any kind of other powder in a small pot while you have on the stove at medium heat with a wisk.
You wait for it to get bubbly around the edges like small bubbles you don’t want it to boil. It needs to be hot enough to like Melty chocolate but not make it into a chocolate sauce.
Chop the chocolate bar diagonally to get it like tiny shredded pieces.
Why do you think it’s hot enough take the pot off off the stove, while it is hot or placed it on another place where it’s not gonna bring anything and put the shredded chocolate bar into the hot mixture intill all of it is melted.
If it is not melting completely put it back on the stove with low heat . It is done when all the chocolate melts.
Then serve with whip cream. I believe this is about 2cups of liquid.
Thank you 😊

For Christmas we have a huge brunch that hits both savories and sweets. Eggs scrambled with heavy cream, bacon, sliced ham, hash brown casserole, sausage pie, fruit platter, French toast casserole, and bread pudding with whiskey sauce.
Wow, sounds delicious! 😁
