I joined deloitte usi Hyderabad as a mainframe developer, consultant. They have now put on modernization project but the billing is for 2 months. So does deloitte has mainframe projects?? what if they are not able to staff me in mainframe projects would they train me other techs or would they fire me?

After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
