Which language is the best to learn for the future for the backend ? Java or Python ?

I am a NodeJS Engineer. I want to know which language to learn for the next 10-20 years.

Did people see an “inflation” adjustment on top of normal performance salary adjustments this year? I.E how did your company react to inflation in regards to pay?

Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?
