I joined LTIMINDTREE one month back, When joining I uploaded resignation acceptance mail (where LWD was not right as i got early release) in iverify for BGV.

Now they are asking me upload release letter and experience certificate from previous company to complete BGV, I had uploaded it so will they complete my BGV or there will be any problem.

What are the bowl’s thoughts on how to list representative matters as a junior-mid? Is this even something we should be doing? What if it’s not in a jx we practice in, so our name is not on the docket, motions, etc.? TIA

Hey fishes, I am hearing Tiger Analytics is rescinding offer letters floated to candidates. One of my acquaintance was supposed to join as analytics consultant but they rescinded the offer 3 weeks before his DOJ. Does anyone have information regarding this?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.
