I joined wipro recently and i had client round today post that 30 mins later, i have received an email that i have been allocated to Digital-2k-Q3 project from 2nd Jan 2025 to 28th Feb 2025, which has staffing request code and SL WBS code in it, so does that mean i'm into the project? But i checked the PSP portal it was showing as in Free pool only, I'm confused, can anyone pls explain?

My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.
