YOE - 7yrs, Automation Tester, what's the current market payout?

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

But they have told us flat-out (even when asked directly) that we won't get a salary change or even just a title change. What should we do? It seems unethical at the very least.

Approached by 4x recruiters in the last 2 weeks.

Offers are:
180, same role, SME tech sector
200, same role, big MNC (300k employees)
225, senior role, NYC fintech startup
225, different role, Cybersec vendor

Currently 125 with pretty poor benies.

How can I leverage those offers into more comp where I’m at?

I have about 10yrs of customers service experience. I'm looking for work, but I'm always getting minimum wage for this position. Should I change career path? Or is there a job for customer service that actually pays well.

Annual reviews are held September thru October at my current company. I started in July so I did not receive one last year. These reviews determine promotions, raises and bonus amounts. Earlier this year I received an added responsibility of managing someone and it came with a small salary increase. I guess my question is do you think this salary bump means I will not receive a raise? I personally feel like the salary increase solely covers the new responsibilities attached to managing.

Moving to a job for a manager/controller role for a smaller company. Past coworkers put in a good word for me and basically hyped me up to their boss. I was confident about what i can deliver but now nervous about not living up to expectations! Role is probably at least 2 levels higher from senior and will be getting paid a good base considering my YOE.

Any advice going in?

Hi- I got two raises last year (one with promotion last December). I believe I am underpaid- partly for my own lack of speaking up and negotiating and not making the best career moves.

With current company 3+ years. People are great. Work could be better. 16 YOE. 72k for medcomms. Was told cost of living raise will be in my first 2023 paycheck. But like- I still have 6 months of living to do until then.

Hi, To share my experience who are looking to exit. I am a director at KP, YOE consulting 12 years at 200K base 15% bonus:

TD / RBC AVP, 160 - 170K Base 50% bonus + stock, etc.
CPPIB D, 150 - 170K base 50% bonus
CPPIB MD, 180 - 200K base 100% bonus (yes, 100%)
Magna, MGR 175K base max
SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus
MLSE D, 140 - 160K,
Kainos, architect, 190K base max.

I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options.

Non-traditional older associate, billed 2000 hours last year and received a 2.5% raise and $1,000 bonus (other associates received $20k). Wipro walo, I have joined on last month, 11th July. I am working in South African shift timings. I am entitled to get Rs 2500 per month as shift allowance, but I didn't get it for last month. On speaking to one of our senior members, he said shift assignment only takes place between 1st to 10th of every month. So it will be assigned this month and will also receive last month shift allowance pay as arrear. Is this true ? Where can I check whether my manager has assigned me a shift or not ?
