Lots of lawyers take adderall
It was the same in law school and doesn’t end. Gotta remember that
I felt like I'd think about how much I didn't want to be working or how stressed I was because I didn't know something and that slowed me down and drained me. I always tried to practice mindfulness and it helped a lot and then I got laid off after a really bad run at my last firm following me not getting any support and just being totally disenfranchised (the group was falling apart), and the fear of that happening again has made me sharp and on it again!
I’ve been focusing on my diet and sleep and that has significantly improved my mental energy.
I’m in a similar boat! I just started with a sleep/wellness coach to see if that will help, but I’m more offering commiseration than advice. Though maybe in a few weeks I’ll unlock the secret to endless energy haha
Haha! Good luck and please keep us posted!
Same here…you’re not alone lol
You’re not alone. I went in-house after only 1.5 years. Theres no salary high enough that could make me go back to a law firm.
Same, even with stimulants. Just wait until you get old . . .
