Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.

Where do tax seniors go as exit opp?

Currently a senior in financial services audit for wealth and asset management. All I hear from higher ups is to not leave before manager because I’ll end up making less or I’ll be behind in my career, etc. Am I being served some strong kool aid? Hoping someone has been in a similar situation and successfully left.

Tax to banking?? Not necessarily investment banking. But has anyone done it?

Anyone from Embark able to tell me about some benefits you have. Like how long is Paternity leave and do you have to be with the firm for a year to use it? Also what health insurance do you have?
