I just got back from the gym and I don't get it! Why do Romanian Deadlifts not do anything for me? I feel it most in my core after a few reps but never in the areas that you're actually supposed to feel things in. Where am I going wrong? I checked my stance multiple times and I think I'm pretty spot on with it!

Are you hinging at the hips and keeping your back straight? Also, make sure you're squeezing your glutes and pushing your hips back as you lower the weight. That should help you feel the exercise in your hamstrings and glutes more effectively. If it's still not working out, film yourself and get feedback from a personal trainer or something

Keep a straight back, chin down and plant your heels into the floor when pulling up
