I just lied to an employer in order to get a second job. It's 40 hours a week (my other is 25) and yes I can pull it off for a while. But this place wanted me to sign that I was only working for them and I did. So I'm wondering what happens legally if they find out?

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.
