Had first round behavioral + a question of technical skillset in the interview for Insight Analyst Role in Financial Services EY.The Interview went well but when I emailed them asking the outcome after 4 days,they mailed me saying the manager gave good feedback but believes you are suited to another business area and will contact soon.
Does anybody know about this situation or have any experience in such situation.

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. I’ve been asked to provide examples how my role has changed since I started to justify the increase. Is this normal? Or is this just their way of denying my request?

Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.
