I just purchased 40 pounds each of boneless skinless chicken thighs and whole chicken wings. They were an unbelievable price and I have the freezer space. So then, what do I make?

I love buying chicken in bulk. Some of my fav things to make:
-Chicken Pho (Bone in is ideal)
-Jerk Chicken
-Mango Habanero chicken wings
-Chicken sandwiches

Save the wings for superbowl and a bunch of different dipping sauces.

For chicken thighs, you can make a lot of different dishes. I’ve made Orange chicken, birria tacos with chicken, chicken piccata with linguine.

One more to add: add chicken thighs and chicken breast into a food processor, mix it all together and use it to make either homemade chicken nuggets or chicken parm

If you like Asian food, I would use the thighs for Vietnamese grilled chicken (lemongrass/fish sauce based), chicken katsudon, Korean BBQ marinated grilled chicken. The recipes are pretty easy to find online.

the best thing to do with the wings is make your own stock!

I use chicken feet for that.

Out of curiosity, how much $/lb?

$1.49 per pound. I will admit it is not organic or pastured.

I did the same thing! Bought 40 pounds of chicken tenders from Costco! 😂 So far I have made Cajun chicken pasta, chicken stir fry (fabulous recipe on YouTube from Stay at Home Chef), chicken “mole”, chicken soup with lemon and brown rice, chicken with spinach and sun dried tomatoes with cream sauce, chicken with lemon cream sauce, chicken tinga, green chicken posole, etc. Chicken is so versatile!

Hello all! I am looking for a job in finance/investments, but I’m having trouble attracting attention from employers. I have a finance degree from UGA, but all of my experience (3.5 years) is in sales (tech and real estate), so no relevant internships unfortunately. Any advice on how to market myself better and where I should be looking would be greatly appreciated!

Wells - curious. Where are you and are you buyer/seller? I'm guessing buyer and all the stats I read are completely in our favor, yet I feel like books of business should be going for sale every day and I struggle to find any good sellers?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Just a reminder that outside our bubble no-one really cares about firm prestige etc.
