Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Ignore all posts . Accenture is good , hikes are decent compare to other service based. Variable can take a hit in first year as the ta default rating . Job security - it's totally upto you. You need to take charge of your own career , search for good clients and always up the skill .
A4 - project , YOE and skill please
Congratulations!
How much is your experience?
What's the CTC?
AM1: how about yourself ?
Means at Max u will get 14-14.5. Accenture is just like any other service based org with less job security.
Less job security? Seriously??
Yes less job security
Yes in Accenture there is risk of job security.

You will always have to be at optimum even during normal conditions, you may find yourself in a soup if you slip up. Read some articles from Quora and Glassdoor. You will get an idea about job security
