I was hired a few months ago by D to do data science. I am not doing data science currently, is there a way I can switch roles internally? Should I talk to my coach? Or should I just start looking for a new job. I’m starting to feel that the field is so hot rn my small stint at D won’t be a big deal to other firms.

Working as a Senior Quality Lead (5.2) at PSL with 13.5 YOE , Is 17.4LPA a decent CTC or am I being underpaid as compared to others at same grade / similar Service Based companies?

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

If i haven’t signed anything with my firm regarding repaying them for receiving my series 7 license with them I’m assuming i owe nothing if i leave? Is there a way to find out without my manager knowing I’m looking at other firms?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out.
