Not that I can remember. If I see something was posted months ago, my assumption is that the company has either forgotten to remove the listing or isn't actually serious about filling it (aka it's a ghost job).
If something was posted a while ago, I don't even consider it. I assume that either felt the position and forgot to take it down or I just assume it's not a real job.
